With our team approach, you have many people cheering you on. We have members of our team focusing on the physical, nutritional, behavioral, mental and emotional factors that contribute to permanent weight loss. Our multidisciplinary team offers an integrated approach which brings together the many different factors that affect weight.
The team is made up of a board certified weight management physician, two weight management nurse practitioners and a dietitian. You can meet each member of the team before deciding what combination of support will best meet your needs:
Dr. Beth is the founding medical director of IMWL. She helps people with permanent weight loss after recovering from overeating herself. For over a decade she has maintained a 50 lb. weight loss. She has a special interest in helping people recover from food addiction and stress, emotional or compulsive eating using integrated mind-body medicine as well as twelve step facilitation.

Patrice provides a well rounded approach that addresses the medical co-morbidities that go with obesity as well as nutritional instruction for patients individually. She helps patients understand the stressors and origins of overeating to help them achieve a weight they can maintain.
Jennifer McCaskie, AGNP-BC ~ Nurse Practitioner
Jennifer is interested in a holistic approach to health and wellness. She helps patients with their concerns about overeating and weight loss using an individualized plan which integrates mind, body and spirit.
Nancy Lee Sceery, LD, RD, CNSC ~ Nutritionist / Dietition
Nancy has 25 years Nutrition Support experience, including both hospital and home management of adult, neonatal and pediatric nutrition. She specializes in the treatment and prevention of disease induced malnutrition, assessment & intervention of complex care/high risk nutrition, treatment and prevention of Post Bariatric Malnutrition, risk assessment and guidance on vitamin and mineral deficiencies, management of parenteral (intravenous nutrition) and enteral (tube feeding) nutrition therapies, and complex GI related nutrition disorders.
