Today I had an interesting conversation with a patient about the “proof” that eating 6 times a day is the BEST way to eat. My point is that one day the “proof” is that we should eat a big breakfast, the next day that “proof” is challenged by another article. One day, the “proof” is that we should eat 6 times per day and another day, that “proof” is challenged. How about you find the best way of eating for YOU!.

In order to become a patient at Integrated Medical Weight Loss you must attend one of Dr. Rocchio’s Introduction Groups.
This informational session is held every Tuesday at 4:00 pm. Dr. Rocchio will take you in for a private weigh-in, review your body composition and ask you a few brief questions. You will then meet in our conference room with up to 10 people where Dr. Rocchio will give you an overview of everything about the practice.
Dr. Rocchio will also speak about her own weight loss experience and how she was inspired to change her practice of family medicine into specializing in all aspects of weight loss.
